By purchasing a ticket to The Latin Room Party – August Edition, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ticket Policy
All tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are no longer able to attend. Please contact us with the new attendee’s name prior to the event.
Ticket holders must present proof of purchase (digital or printed) upon entry.

2. Event Details
The event schedule, workshop content, and artist lineup are subject to change without notice.
Entry includes access to the specified components of the event as advertised (e.g. party and/or workshop).

3. Code of Conduct
The Latin Room promotes a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all dancers.
Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe may result in removal from the event without refund.
Attendees are expected to respect personal boundaries and follow standard social dance etiquette.

4. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. The Latin Room and its staff are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage incurred during the event.

5. Photography & Media
The event may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to your image being used in marketing material unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
