Authorization

- I grant permission to BHTCC & BTS and its agents or members to use photographs and/or video and audio taken during the event.
- These images may be used in educational, documentary and commercial materials such as Public Service Announcements, Grant Applications, Video Documentaries, Commercial Television and both printed and online newsletters and newspapers.
- Furthermore, I authorize the use of my image, likeness, and voice for all program promotion, materials, and any other purposes in connection with the program deemed appropriate and necessary by BHTCC & BTS.
- I grant permission to BHTCC & BTS to use my photos and videos on YouTube, Facebook, Website and other social media platforms.
- I acknowledge that the organizing committee serves the right to cancel, change or modify events or competition based on a number of factors such as entries, logistical issues etc.
- I acknowledge that food served in the event may contain milk, milk products, wheat, gluten, lupins, sesame, soy bean and nuts. If you or your child have any allergy or special dietary requirements, please notify the organizers.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
