1. Ticket Sales & Entry

All tickets must be pre-purchased via TryBooking. No door sales available.

Each ticket grants entry to the scheduled screening of A Big Bold Beautiful Journey.

Please bring your ticket (printed or digital) for entry.

2. Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by contacting us at info@zoesplace.org.au at least 24 hours prior to the event.

3. Event Changes or Cancellation

Zoe’s Place reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. venue issues or public health requirements).

In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to donate their ticket value to Zoe’s Place.

4. Behaviour & Venue Requirements

All attendees must follow the rules and guidelines of the venue.

This is a family-friendly community event. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

5. Fundraising Purpose

All proceeds from the event will go directly to Zoe’s Place to support local women and families experiencing unplanned pregnancy, loss, or early parenting challenges.

6. Photography

Event photos may be taken for Zoe’s Place promotional use. Please let our team know on arrival if you do not wish to be photographed.
