Royal Princess Ball Fundraiser
Presented by Wish Upon A Party Co.
These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between Wish Upon A Party Co. and event attendees regarding participation and ticket purchase for the Royal Princess Ball Fundraiser. By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Event Supervision
Our entertainment team focuses on providing engaging performances and activities. We do not provide childcare services. A minimum of one responsible adult must supervise children at all times during the event to ensure safety and an enjoyable experience for everyone.
2. Booking and Cancellation
Tickets must be purchased in advance to secure your place. Tickets are non-refundable. Cancellations or changes less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible for refunds. Rescheduling is at the discretion of Wish Upon A Party Co., and may incur additional fees.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ticket purchase. Event entry will only be permitted upon receipt of payment.
4. Location Confirmation
Wish Upon A Party Co. confirms the venue and session times ahead of the event to ensure smooth operation. Please ensure you arrive at the correct session as per your ticket.
5. Weather Policy
This event is primarily indoors; however, in the unlikely event of outdoor segments, a wet weather plan is in place. Wish Upon A Party Co. will communicate any changes promptly.
6. COVID-19 Policy
In the event of government-mandated lockdowns or restrictions, cancellations or postponements may occur. Refunds will be issued if the event cannot proceed, subject to official health orders.
7. Damages and Liability
Attendees are responsible for any damage caused to venue property or event equipment, including costumes and props. Wish Upon A Party Co. reserves the right to seek compensation for damages.
8. Photography and Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional use by Wish Upon A Party Co. If you do not consent to your or your child’s image being used, please notify us in writing before the event.
9. Conduct and Service Denial
Wish Upon A Party Co. reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to performers, attendees, or venue staff.
10. Health and Safety
To maintain a safe environment, vaping, smoking, or alcohol consumption near performers is prohibited. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved beforehand.
11. Special Requests
We strive to accommodate special requests but reserve the right to decline or modify based on feasibility and safety considerations.
12. Allergies and Sensitivities
Wish Upon A Party Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities related to temporary tattoos, glitter, bubbles, or other materials used during activities.
13. Event Itinerary
The event schedule is flexible and may be adjusted based on the flow of activities and children’s engagement to ensure the best experience.
By purchasing a ticket or attending the Royal Princess Ball, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
