1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
4. Stallholders may request a cancellation & refund up to 7 days prior to the event through the trybooking event page. Any cancellations after this time will not be refunded.
5. 1st East Ryde Scouts reserves the right to refuse entry.
6. This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.
7. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking

9. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket.
10. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
11. This event opens to the public at 8.00am until 1.00pm.
12. The site opens for stallholder set-up at 6.00am. All vehicles must have arrived, be parked and set-up by 7.30am. Any vehicle arriving after this time will not be allowed access.
13. Stallholders are prohibited from entering the site prior to parking volunteers arriving to direct vehicles.
14. For practical and safety reasons, parking volunteers will greet stallholders at the entry gate and direct vehicles to the back of the site first.
15. A request can be made for a specific space on arrival (e.g. shade because you sell plants) but the answer will be determined by the parking volunteers on the day.
16. Stallholders must follow directions from parking volunteers and drive slowly. If a stallholder is unable to reverse their vehicle into a parking space they must bring a driver to assist. Officials representing the scout group will not park vehicles for stallholders.
17. Only one car is allowed at each space, a second vehicle cannot be driven onto the site to deliver goods.
18. If the stallholder does not wish to have a vehicle at their space then they may park in the street nearby and hand-carry or use a trolley to bring items in.
19. If the stallholder has a trailer or large side canopy a "large" space must be booked to allow for the additional space required. There is an area reserved for trailers but spaces are limited. If a booking has not been made for a larger space the stallholder may be requested to pay the additional $10 at the entry gate. If there are no large spaces available the stallholder may be refused entry.
20. Stallholders must not bring a trailer if they cannot reverse it.
21. Stallholders must stay for the duration of the market, for safety reasons vehicles are not allowed to leave the site whilst it is open to the public.
22. Parking volunteers will be available from 1pm to escort vehicles safely off the site.
23. Stallholders can sell both new and used items however illegal, dangerous or offensive goods cannot be sold at this event.
24. If the stallholder is selling electrical items, they will require an electrician’s certificate certifying that the item is in working order.
25. Fresh fruit and vegetables may be sold. Also pre-packaged "low risk" food such as jams, honey and condiments can be sold, however they must be specified and approved upon booking (please include this in your notes). If not specifically authorised by our booking team, 1st East Ryde Scouts may ask you to pack away any food products not noted on your booking.
26. No other fresh food or drinks may be sold and no alcohol is allowed at this site.
27. If it is raining lightly this event will proceed (please bring appropriate covers for your stall). If it is torrential rain or storm, the event may be cancelled and stallholders will be notified by email to the nominated email account provided at the time of booking. Otherwise stallholders can check for a message our website: www.eastrydescouts.org. If there is no cancellation message on the morning of the car boot sale then it will proceed as scheduled.
28. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
29. 1st East Ryde Scouts do not cover stalls for public and/or products liability. If concerned, the stallholder should take this insurance out prior to this event.
30. 1st East Ryde Scouts are not responsible for any theft at this event, stallholders are responsible for monitoring their own stall and goods.
31. 1st East Ryde Scouts are unable to provide additional change (notes/coins) to stallholders. Stallholders must come prepared with enough change to support their stall.
32. Portable toilets are located on site for the duration of the event.
33. There is no electricity available to stallholders.
34. Small bins are provided for rubbish produced from the Scouts BBQ and cake stall. Stallholders must take all items, including any unsold items and rubbish off the site.
