REFUNDS OR CHANGES TO TICKETS:
Please contact us via email or call 0747861188 (extn 2) to make any changes or to refund tickets. Changes or refunds can be processed until 5PM Monday 01/09/25. We cannot guarantee refunds or changes to tickets after this time. Please contact our office to discuss further.

PURCHASE OF MUD CRABS:
Our Mud Crabs are a specialty item and are not a part of the fresh seafood included in your admission ticket. Mud Crabs are not available unless purchased online with your tickets. They will be brought out separately to you at your table. You can order one per person or order one to share with other people at your table. In the event that we are unable to source fresh mud crabs for the event, you will be given a full refund of your purchased mud crabs.

SERVICE OF FRESH SEAFOOD:
From 5:30pm you can grab yourself a plate of wild caught prawns displayed in our Birds Fish Bar Boat. To ensure no one misses out, all our other fresh seafood items will be delivered to your table as a platter. Please note that the platter size will be dependent on the number of people seated at your table. This doesn't apply to the Mud Crabs as that is a specialty item pre-purchased before the event.

SERVICE OF HOT FOOD:
From 7pm our hot seafood and non-seafood options will be brought out to your table as a platter. Please note that the platter size will be dependent on the number of people seated at your table.
