BounceINC and related activities are dangerous sports. Neither Saints Netball Club, BounceINC nor their employees shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person (whether fatal or otherwise) participating in this event (however caused) including liability for any injury, loss or
damage due to any negligent act, breach of duty, its employees or agents.
This includes, without limitation, any injury, loss or damage by a person/s participating in these
events. Each person participating in this event agrees to release Saints Netball Club, BounceINC, their employees and agents in respect of any claim made against any of them arising out of or in connection with that person's use of the premises or equipment, whether made by a person on the premises or not. Each person must take all reasonable care when participating in this event including, without limitation, obeying the safety instructions of staff and /or organisers and/or agents.
Saints Netball Club and BounceINC reserve the right to remove a person from the event if, in the opinion of its representatives, the person is acting in a negligent and/or dangerous manner. Nothing above shall be read or applies so as to purport to exclude, restrict or modifying have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying the application of any provisions of the Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW) and the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwth).
By booking this activity you acknowledge that Bounce and other related activities can be dangerous and may cause various injuries and that you are partaking in this activity at your own risk.
