MQSA Ticket Terms & Conditions
1. Please choose carefully as tickets are not refundable.
2. If you need to exchange your ticket for a different day or time, please contact us at least 48hrs in advance and we will do our best to exchange your ticket to a different session, subject to available capacity.
3. If you are unable to attend a workshop and wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, please let us know at least 48hrs in advance so that we can update the class roll for the workshop.
4. If the MQSA Organisers cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued, excluding any additional ticketing fees charged by TryBooking.
5. Tickets must not be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
6. The MQSA Organisers have the right to refuse admission to anyone who is rude, aggressive, intoxicated or breaks these Terms & Conditions.
7. Visitors to the MQSA are permitted and encouraged to photograph the quilts and post them online or in social media, provided the quiltmaker(s) are acknowledged.
8. The MQSA Organisers have the right to take photographs of attendees and share them in promotional material.
9. By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about this event by email.
10. By purchasing a ticket you agree that your email address will be added to our mailing list for future Modern Quilt Show Australia events unless you opt out.
11. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
