Girls Big Day Out – Terms & Conditions

1. Event Details
Girls Big Day Out is a one-day supervised event for girls aged 9 years and over.
Event runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm on the scheduled date at the advertised venue.
All activities are facilitated by qualified staff, wellness professionals, and experienced mentors.

2. Eligibility & Supervision
Participants must be aged 9 years or older on the day of the event.
The event is fully supervised with a secure check-in and check-out process.

3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are to be made via Try Booking Girls Big Day Out ticketing platform.
Early bird pricing is available until the advertised closing date.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event will not be refunded, but may be transferred to another eligible participant with prior approval.
If the event is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be issued.

5. Health & Safety
Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs on the registration form.
Participants must bring their own water bottle and lunch (no nut products) wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement activities.
All reasonable care will be taken to ensure participant safety; however, Girls Big Day Out and its organisers accept no responsibility for accidental injury, loss, or damage unless caused by negligence.

6. Behaviour & Participation
We promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
Participants are encouraged to take part in all activities but may opt out of any activity that causes discomfort, provided they remain in the supervised area.

7. Photography & Media
By attending, you grant permission for photographs and/or video footage of participants to be taken for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to the event.
Media will be used respectfully and without identifying information unless consent is given.

8. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own belongings.
We recommend leaving valuables at home; the organisers take no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
