1. Ticketing & Entry
1.1 All attendees must hold a valid ticket for entry.
1.2 Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
1.3 Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain.
1.4 Entry is subject to venue capacity. The event has a maximum capacity of 600 patrons at any one time. If the event is at capacity upon your arrival, you may be required to wait until space becomes available.

2. Event Access & Behaviour
2.1 The event operates from 10:00am to 8:00pm.
2.2 Last drinks will be served at 7:30pm in accordance with liquor licensing requirements.
2.3 Attendees must follow the directions of event staff and security at all times.
2.4 Anti-social, aggressive, or illegal behaviour will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

3. Age Restrictions
3.1 This is an all-ages event.
3.2 Attendees under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
3.3 Alcohol will only be served to patrons over the age of 18 with valid photo ID.

4. Alcohol & Smoking
4.1 The event is a licensed venue. BYO alcohol is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Alcohol consumption is only permitted within the designated licensed areas.
4.3 Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated smoking areas.

5. Personal Belongings
5.1 Management takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
5.2 Prohibited items include (but are not limited to): weapons, illegal substances, glass, and any other item deemed unsafe by event staff.

6. Weather & Event Changes
6.1 The event will proceed rain or shine unless it is deemed unsafe to do so.
6.2 Management reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or layout without notice.
6.3 In the case of event cancellation, refunds will be issued in line with consumer law requirements.

7. Media & Photography
7.1 By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.
7.2 If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff upon entry.

8. Liability
8.1 Attendees enter the event at their own risk.
8.2 Management will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except where required by law.

9. Acceptance of Terms
9.1 Purchase of a ticket and/or entry to the event signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9.2 Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person not complying with these terms.
