Terms and Conditions – No Refunds Policy

By purchasing a ticket to the Grease Lara production, you agree to the following:

All Sales Are Final – Once a ticket has been purchased, no refunds or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the performance.

Seating – All seating is General Admission and available on a first-come, first-served basis, except where a seat is specifically indicated otherwise (e.g., reserved seating for accessibility or special requirements).

Event Changes – The organisers reserve the right to alter performance dates, times, cast members, or seating arrangements if necessary. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

Cancellation or Rescheduling – In the unlikely event the performance is cancelled by the organisers and cannot be rescheduled, ticket holders will be contacted directly regarding possible credit options. No cash refunds will be issued.

Ticket Transfers – If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to arrange any such transfer.

Acknowledgement – By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
