Terms and Conditions  −  SWIM into Summer - North Lakes - 6 months to 14 months

1. Eligibility
• The free lessons are available to children aged under 5 years.
• Families must register in advance through the registration form.
• Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Lesson Details
• Each child is entitled to a maximum of five (5) free swimming lesson as part of the "Swim Into Summer" initiative.
• Lessons are held at designated Sam Riley Swim School locations only.
• Dates and times are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Supervision & Safety
• A parent or legal guardian must be present for the duration of the lesson.
• Children must wear appropriate swimwear and follow all pool safety rules.
• Children under 3 years of age must wear an approved swim nappy
• Sam Riley Swim Schools reserve the right to refuse participation if safety guidelines are not followed.

4. Health & Wellbeing
• Children must be in good health to participate. Please do not attend if your child is unwell.
• Any medical conditions or special needs must be disclosed during registration.

5. Photography & Media
• Photos or videos may be taken by Sam Riley Swim Schools during lessons for promotional purposes.
• Families may request to opt out of media consent during registration.

6. Cancellations & Changes
• Sam Riley Swim Schools reserve the right to reschedule or cancel lessons due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staffing).
• Families will be notified via email in such cases.
•. Bookings are not guaranteed and may be cancelled by the host at any time if bookings exceed venue capacity.

7. Liability
• Participation is at your own risk. Sam Riley Swim Schools and Kids Alive are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

8. Code of Conduct
• Respectful behaviour is expected from all participants and guardians.
• Staff instructions must be followed at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
