Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to the 4-STEPS RETREAT 2025, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ticket Purchase and Entry
• All tickets must be purchased through the official event registration platform.
• Each ticket is valid for one person and is non-transferable unless expressly permitted.
• Entry may require presentation of a valid ticket (digital or printed) and ID.
• Children under 13 may enter free and require a child ticket

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Tickets are non-refundable
• In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified via email and given options for refund, credit, or transfer.

3. Event Changes
• The organiser reserves the right to change the event program, speakers, schedule, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
• Such changes do not qualify for a refund unless the entire event is cancelled.

4. Code of Conduct
• This is a Christian event and attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and, in a manner, consistent with Christian values.
• Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
• Alcohol, illegal substances, and offensive materials are strictly prohibited.

5. Media and Photography
• By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes by the event organisers.
• If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify a staff member upon arrival.

6. Health and Safety
• All attendees must comply with current public health guidelines and any safety instructions provided by event staff.
• If you feel unwell, please stay home and contact us regarding your ticket.

7. Liability
• The organiser is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
• Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.

8. Privacy
• Personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and used solely for event communication and related purposes.
• We will not share your data with third parties without consent.

9. Minors
• Children and youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all time
