Payment & Cancellation Policy
Members and their Significant Life Partners (SLPs) must pay the full retreat cost via TryBooking. Once registrations close at 11:00 am, Friday 28 November, our strict no-refund policy applies.

Cancellations before registrations close:
If a waitlist exists: Your place will be offered to the next person, and you’ll receive a full refund.
If no waitlist exists: No refund will be issued.

Photography & Filming
By attending this event, you acknowledge that photographs and/or video recordings may be taken. You consent to the use of such media by Entrepreneurs’ Organisation and its affiliated entities for promotional, advertising, or other purposes across any medium, without compensation.

Participation in Activities
Participants engaging in activities as part of the event must:
Ensure they are medically fit, have the necessary experience, and are competent to participate safely.
Acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor and adventure-based activities.
Follow all instructions, safety signage, and lawful directions issued by EO Sydney representatives or third-party providers.
Immediately cease participation and notify an EO Sydney representative if any uncontrolled hazard or risk is observed.

Insurance
It is the responsibility of each member to obtain appropriate travel insurance at their own discretion. EO Sydney is not liable for any costs incurred due to travel disruptions, cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Visa
It is each member’s and their Significant Life Partner’s (SLP) responsibility to secure all required travel visas.

Event Protocols
All participants must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and public health directives during the event. EO Sydney reserves the right to enforce additional protocols as required to ensure the health and safety of attendees.

Membership Requirements
Participation is restricted to EO members in good standing. Members with unpaid fees, late cancellation penalties, or unresolved no-show charges will not be permitted to attend until all outstanding balances are settled.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
