Ticket Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred or privately sold if you are unable to attend. The responsibility for transferring ticket details lies with the ticket holder.
The Event Organiser is not responsible for any issues arising from private resale or transfer.

Entry Conditions:
A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Companion Tickets are available with a valid Companion Card presented on the day.

Event Changes:
The lineup of attending authors is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of author cancellations, the Event Organiser will make every effort to replace them with equally exciting talent.
Event details, times, or format may change if required by venue, health, or safety considerations.

Code of Conduct:
Respectful behaviour is expected from all attendees.
Harassment, disruptive behaviour, or failure to comply with staff instructions may result in removal from the event without refund.

Liability:
The Event Organiser is not liable for loss, or damage to personal property during the event, but do their best to keep everyone and their belongings safe.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
