Terms & Conditions for Truck Entrants

By entering your truck(s) into the First Annual Christmas Truck Show on Saturday, 6th December 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Entry & Set Up

Truck entry will open from 5:00pm on Friday, 5th December 2025.

All trucks must be parked and ready for display by 10:00am on Saturday, 6th December 2025.

2. Departure

For the safety of all attendees, no trucks are permitted to leave the display area before 5:00pm on Saturday, 6th December 2025.

Trucks may only be moved under the direction of event marshals once the event has officially concluded.

3. Responsibility & Liability

All trucks and their contents remain the sole responsibility of the owner/driver at all times.

Pittsworth Fleet Maintenance, event organisers, staff, and volunteers accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles, equipment, or personal belongings during the event.

Owners are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is parked safely and securely, and for complying with all road safety and event marshal instructions.

4. Safety Requirements

Engines must remain switched off during display times, unless otherwise directed by organisers.

No dangerous goods, hazardous substances, or unsafe modifications will be permitted on site.

5. General Conditions

By entering, you grant permission for your vehicle and likeness to be photographed or filmed for event promotion.

All entrants must comply with directions from event staff and marshals at all times.

Failure to follow these terms and conditions may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future shows.
