Terms and Conditions  −  Kwabo Workshop Flashmob & Digital Exhibition


1. Registration & Entry
Registration is required for participation in workshops and access to reserved seating/areas.
Entry to the Digital Photography Exhibition is free and open to the public during event hours.
Capacity limits apply; entry is subject to availability.


2. Event Program
The event program includes:
A Digital Photography Exhibition (via TV screen in the Arts Centre).
A Dance Workshop (minors under 15 need to be accompanied).
A Flashmob performance on the Arts Centre forecourt, which is weather dependent. In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, no alternative performance will be provided.
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program without prior notice.


3. Age Restrictions
The Dance Workshop is open to all.
Minors (under 15) must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult while attending other parts of the event.


4. Photography, Filming & Media
This event may be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice for promotional, archival, and community storytelling purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify staff on arrival.


5. Health, Safety & Conduct
Attendees must follow all directions from Arts Centre and Kwabo event staff.
Respectful behaviour is required; harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
COVID-19 & Health: Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell, have flu-like symptoms, or have recently tested positive for COVID-19.
Participation in the Dance Workshop and/or Flashmob is at your own risk. Please take care of your own safety and wellbeing.


6. Weather Conditions (Flashmob)
The Flashmob is an outdoor activity on the Arts Centre forecourt and is subject to safe weather conditions.
In case of rain, storms, or unsafe weather, the Flashmob may be cancelled without prior notice. No refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided.


7. Accessibility
The organisers aim to provide an inclusive and accessible environment. Please contact us in advance to discuss specific needs or accessibility requirements.


8. Liability
Attendance and participation are at your own risk. The organisers are not responsible for any personal loss, damage, or injury incurred at the event.
