Terms & Conditions for Ticket Sales
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of event cancellation or as otherwise required by law.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within the timeframe specified by the organiser.
Service fees, booking charges, and delivery costs are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
2. Resale & Transfer Restrictions
Tickets must be purchased through the official ticketing platform or authorised partners.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers, scalpers, or third-party platforms may be invalid and denied entry.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets suspected of being resold or transferred for profit without notice or refund.
Certain tickets may be issued in the name of the buyer and may require valid photo ID for entry.
3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the event of a cancellation, the ticket holder will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket only.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. Refunds may be available upon request if you cannot attend.
The organiser’s liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the ticket. No compensation will be provided for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred.
4. Admission & Venue Rules
Admission is subject to venue policies, including security checks, age restrictions, prohibited items, and dress code requirements.
The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any ticket holder for disorderly conduct, intoxication, or non-compliance with rules, without refund.
Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break but admission cannot be guaranteed after the event starts.
5. Ticket Use & Security
Tickets may be issued electronically. Only one entry is permitted per valid ticket. Duplicate or copied tickets will not be accepted.
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for fraudulent tickets purchased from unauthorized sources.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
