Participant Responsibility:
By joining any workshop, social event, or activity during the Bachata Flavour Festival, you acknowledge and accept inherent risks. Follow instructors’ and organisers’ guidance, warm up properly, and exercise caution during all movements. Promptly inform instructors or organisers of any discomfort or pain.

Liability Release and Waiver:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bachata Flavour, its teachers, organisers, staff, and venue from any claims or demands now or in the future. Bachata Flavour is not liable for personal injury or property damage occurring on the premises before, during, or after the event. You release the dance studio, organisers, instructors, staff, and associated individuals from liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event or within the premises.

Personal Belongings:
Please safeguard your personal belongings during the event. Bachata Flavour is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

Photography and Videography:
Photographers and videographers will capture content for promotional purposes. Your participation implies consent for the use of such media without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, inform organisers before the event begins.

Code of Conduct:
Respect and courtesy are mandatory. Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with kindness. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Refund Policy:
No refunds except in exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the organisers.

Ticket Transfers:
Ticket transfers are permitted but subject to an AUD 25 (twenty-five Australian dollars) administrative fee, payable directly to the organiser prior to the transfer being completed.

Schedule Changes:
The event schedule is subject to change at any time. The organisers will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes, but such modifications shall not constitute grounds for refunds or claims against the organisers.

Your participation signifies understanding and acceptance of these terms. Please read and comprehend these disclaimers before attending the event.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
