1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.

2. Please choose carefully as there are NO refunds. Tickets are transferrable at the purchaser’s discretion. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to organise and notify the event organiser, Dance Energy Studios, of any such transference. Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry. Tickets cannot be on-sold at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket.

3. The Event Organiser, Dance Energy Studios, reserves the right to refuse entry.

4. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site, and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.com.

6. Proof of age or concession card may be requested.

7. Latecomers will have to wait to be seated. There will be no refunds. Doors open 30 minutes before event.

8. The Event Organiser, Dance Energy Studios, has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event. Private photography or videography of any kind, on any device, is NOT Permitted. Anyone privately filming will be asked to leave and footage deleted immediately.

9. The event may be subject to change, including the performers, schedule, or location. The ticket holder will be notified of any changes in advance. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternate date may be organised or a full refund will be issued to all patrons (at the discretion of Dance Energy Studios).

10. By purchasing this ticket, you agree to abide by all staff directions on the day. The ticket holder must abide by the event rules and staff directions. Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave the premises or being refused entry.

11. Dance Energy Studios is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the event. The ticket holder assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.
