1. Tickets & Payments
• All tickets must be purchased through the official booking platform.
• Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person by prior arrangement with the organiser.
• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
• In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the workshop, attendees will receive a full refund.
• If an attendee cannot attend, tickets are transferable but not refundable.
• Should government restrictions, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances require the event to be postponed, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.
3. Health & Participation
• Conscious Breathwork is a powerful practice. It is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, serious medical issues, epilepsy, or a history of seizures.
• By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you take full responsibility for your own health and participation, and that you have consulted your healthcare provider if necessary.
• Attendees participate voluntarily and at their own risk.
4. Safety & Responsibility
• Attendees are responsible for their own wellbeing, personal boundaries, and level of participation.
• The organisers and facilitators accept no liability for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to belongings during the workshop.
• Please advise the organiser in advance if you have any specific needs or health concerns so that we can best support you.
5. Photography & Media
• Photos and short videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• If you prefer not to appear in any photos or recordings, please let the organiser know on arrival and we will respect your wishes.
6. What to Bring & Wear
• All mats, futons, bolsters, blankets, pillows, and eye pillows are provided.
• Please wear comfortable clothing (layers are recommended for temperature changes) and footwear suitable for a short walk to the river (approx. 700m).
• You do not need to bring anything else other than yourself and an open heart.
7. Arrival & Conduct
• Please arrive on time to allow for a smooth start. Late arrivals may miss part of the experience.
• We ask all participants to arrive with an open heart, respect the space, and be mindful of others.
• The workshop is a drug- and alcohol-free environment.
8. Travel & Parking
• The workshop is held at Heartwood Farm, 498 Binna Burra Road, Federal NSW.
• Please drive carefully down the long driveway and keep RIGHT at the fork. Parking will be available near the homestead.
