• Your Melbourne Golf Park (MGP) Mini Golf School Holiday Pass Membership is valid for the period of Saturday, 20th September 2025 until Sunday 5th of October 2025
• The pass is available to be purchased by anyone under the age of 18.
• Mini Golf School Holiday Pass Membership Pass must be presented on each use.
• All participants under 13 using the Mini Golf School Holiday Pass Membership must be supervised by an adult/parent/guardian while onsite.
• Your Mini golf unlimited pass is a purchase of unlimited rounds of mini golf for one child during the school holiday period in line with the dates released by the Victorian Government.
• The Mini Golf School Holiday Pass Membership is not redeemable for cash or any other product or service from MGP.
• The Mini Golf School Holiday Pass Membership is not transferable to any other person and is strictly to be used by the purchaser only.
• Mini Golf School Holiday Pass Membership cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. MGP accepts no responsibility for the use of lost or stolen Mini Golf School Holiday Passes.
• Mini Golf School Holiday Pass Membership cards may become void if they are misused, tampered with, altered or defaced in any way.
• You may have additional rights under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified in any way.
• All Mini Golf School Holiday Pass Membership passes remain the property of MGP.
• MGP reserves the right to cancel any Mini Golf School Holiday Pass Membership for any reason at any time without notice. If this occurs, MGP shall either provide a full refund or a replacement Mini Golf School Holiday Pass Membership of equivalent value to the duration on the original unless MGP reasonably suspects fraud or misuse in relation to a Mini Golf School Holiday Pass Membership.
