This form is an expression of interest and does not yet confirm your child’s participation in the tour.
Deposit;
To secure your child’s place, a non-refundable deposit of $750 per chorister is payable by Sunday September 7, or earlier if possible.
Families with more than one child participating must pay a separate deposit for each child.

Should the tour be cancelled due to insufficient participation, all deposits will be fully refunded via TryBooking.

If You Withdraw After Confirmation the tour is proceeding:
Once the tour is confirmed and deposits have been paid, your $750 deposit becomes non-refundable, as the ACC will be financially committed to holding a place for your child. When The ACC has secured sufficient chorister participation to confirm the tour as both musically and financially viable, and deposits and initial instalments have been received, no refunds will be issued. In the event that another participant assumes your child’s place, a refund of instalments may be considered, however the deposit is not refundable. As The ACC is contractually and financially committed to the tour, the full tour cost remains payable. Families are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen circumstances that may prevent participation. The ACC will be organising a group travel insurance that can be taken up by families if they wish to participate, otherwise families must organise their own travel insurance upon confirmation of the tour proceeding.

Tour Costs
The total tour cost is $10,130.00 per chorister.

The $750 deposit forms the first instalment of this total.

Monthly instalments of $1,250 will then be due commencing early October, with the final April instalment of $630.

Refunds of Surplus Funds
In the event of favourable exchange rates or successful fundraising, any surplus funds will be refunded to families after the tour concludes.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
