 2.⁠ ⁠Booking Fees: Booking fees (if applicable) are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please confirm the total payable amount before completing your purchase.
 3.⁠ ⁠Event Changes: The organiser reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the organiser’s decision regarding refunds or transfers will be final.
 4.⁠ ⁠Entry Policy: Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, duplicated, or invalid. Attendees must comply with all venue rules, security checks, and health/safety protocols.
 5.⁠ ⁠Children: Children under 5 years of age do not require a ticket. Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times during the event.
 6.⁠ ⁠Misconduct: The organiser reserves the right to remove any individual from the venue for misconduct, disruptive behaviour, or failure to follow event guidelines — with no refund.
 7.⁠ ⁠Liability: The organiser and venue management are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property during the event. Attendance is at your own risk.
 8.⁠ ⁠Media Consent: By attending the event, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness in event-related photography, video, or promotional materials without compensation.
 9.⁠ ⁠Ticket Use: Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred for profit without written consent from the organiser.
10. Privacy: Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used only for event management and communication purposes, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
11.⁠ ⁠Changes to Terms: These terms and conditions may be updated or amended at the organiser’s discretion without prior notice.
