Should your circumstances change and you are unable to attend this Event, you must contact the Event Organiser no later than 3 days prior to the commencement of the Event to be eligible for a refund.
Should you cancel less than 3 days prior to the commencement of the Event, no refund is payable.

Cancellation fee period:
From 8am Sunday 16th November 2025, nil refund is payable.
