Terms & Conditions – The Basics
Ticketing
Tickets purchased are valid for single entry on the booked date unless otherwise stated.
Online tickets must be presented on the day of entry; smartphone presentation is acceptable, printing is not required.
Tickets are non-transferable across different DinosRoar events or venues.
Attractions & Safety
All attractions are weather-dependent and may close for safety reasons without notice or refund.
Each attraction may have specific age, height, and weight restrictions which must be followed.
All patrons participate at their own risk. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for your personal safety and the safety of children under your supervision.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult (1:3 ratio). Children under 5 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times (1:1 ratio).
Refunds & Changes
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Bookings cannot be amended once purchased, unless the session is cancelled by DinosRoar due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances.
In the case of cancellation, rebooking will be offered at the next earliest convenience. If rebooking is not possible, a credit voucher will be issued.
Entry & Conduct
Entry capacity is limited; once capacity is reached no further entrants will be admitted.
Spectators are welcome with a spectator ticket but may not use attractions.
All visitors must follow posted safety signage and instructions from staff. Non-compliance may result in ejection without refund.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Onsite food and beverage options may vary.
Photography & Media
By entering DinosRoar, you consent to photos and videos being taken of you and your group, which may be used for promotional purposes across our website, social media, and other marketing platforms.
CCTV may be in operation across venues for safety and security purposes.
Special Circumstances
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or other major issues preventing operation, bookings will be honoured with a rebooking or voucher. Refunds will not be given.
Promotions, competitions, or free tickets are valid only under their stated conditions and may require proof of entry or a full-paying ticket.
Additional Conditions
Grip socks may be required for selected attractions and must be purchased onsite if not already owned.
Private booking areas are not for public use unless specifically reserved.
Unlimited or membership passes are subject to fair usage conditions and capacity restrictions.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket or entering the event, you agree to:
Accept all risks associated with participation.
Indemnify and hold harmless DinosRoar, its partners, contractors, and venue hosts from all liability.
Abide by all safety signage, staff instructions, and current government health regulations.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not attend DinosRoar.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
