OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

A.   ONLINE EVENT REGISTRATION FORM

Following booking and payment all participants will receive a link to complete an online 'Registration Form' for this retreat. This online form will include all relevant contact details, emergency contact, medical declaration and waiver, dietary considerations etc. Please note this registration form must be completed before a participant can attend the retreat. 

B.   CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check in is available from 3.30pm on 17/10/25
Rooms will need to be vacated by 10am on 19/10/25 however bags can be left in the chapel (teaching space) until the retreat concludes at 4.30pm.

C.   Medical Issues

Your safety and that of the group is our number one priority.

(1) We assume all participants to be of reasonable physical and mental health. If you have any concerns regarding your suitability to engage with any of the activities we ask that you consult with your GP before attending this retreat.

(2) If you present as clearly unwell we will support you in whatever way we can however we reserve the right to have you refrain from activities and/or isolate from the main group.
 
(3) If you behave in a manner that represents a physical or emotional risk to yourself or to any other participant on the retreat we reserve the right to ask you to leave the retreat venue or to call the appropriate authorities.

D.   CANCELATION POLICY

IF.....WE NEED TO CANCEL THE RETREAT

You will receive a full refund.

IF.....YOU HAVE TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON

15–30 days before retreat start: 50% refund
14 days or less before retreat start: No refund.

You may transfer your booking to another participant at no additional cost if arranged by you.
