CLAIMS & COMPENSATION:

To the full extent permitted by law, ticket holders waive all legal rights of action (on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns) against and fully release Sparkle Gippsland, its agents, employees, contributors, members and volunteers for all claims for compensation for loss, damage, injury (including, but not limited to, bodily injury, mental anguish, emotional distress, sickness, disease), molestation (including, but not limited to, assault, interference, bullying, abuse) or death howsoever arising out of or in relation to the holder’s participation in the Retreat Day Event. This includes, without limitation, liability for any negligent or tortious act or omission on the part of the persons released, or under statute or for breach of these terms and conditions.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
