Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund process.

1. Cancellation & Refunds
Notice Period: Refunds will only be issued if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the dinner start time.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the dinner start time are not eligible for a refund.

No Shows: No refunds will be issued for anyone who does not attend.

2. Wet Weather Policy
In the event of wet weather, our Coaches will do their best to organise suitable indoor activities to ensure the clinic can proceed.
