All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE (except for extreme circumstances and at the discretion of the KRC committee).
Our day will go ahead regardless of the weather. If the local races are called off due to rain or other reasons that are out of our control, the event will still go ahead as a "Phantom Meet". Bookies will be trackside for the main METRO races. Bars, food & Fashions all will proceed regardless.
Tickets are transferable (eg gift to a friend if you are unable to attend).
