Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please note the following:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking start date are eligible for a full refund via trybooking.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start date are non-refundable, they can be transferred to someone else for the same session, same time with approval from Naomi.
Strict policy does apply due to the nature of purchasing expensive ingredients and holding a spot for your child as it is a small group setting.

Understanding risks associated with cooking

Classes are conducted under the direction and supervision of Naomi Hagenmuller at The Clever Cooks Cooking School, food is prepared by the students participating in the class. Your participation is strictly voluntary. Because culinary activities can present risks, The Clever Cooks Cooking School depends on you to use your good judgment and reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others.
Please follow the directions of Naomi Hagenmuller very carefully. If you have any questions, whatsoever, about your ability to safely follow any instruction you are given, please immediately alert Naomi Hagenmuller.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge, agree, and understand that your participation is voluntary and you assume the risks associated with the culinary activity in which you will be participating. Such risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, foodborne illness, contraction of viruses from other participants, allergic reaction (as The Clever Cooks is not allergen-free) or other harm.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
