All conference attendees must be 18 years or older.

By attending the conference, you agree to the storage and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed, with the potential use of such media for marketing purposes. If you do not want to be included, please notify us in writing at admin@engageconference.org.au before the conference start date.

Refund Policy—
If your plans change, here’s what we can offer:
1. Transfer: You can transfer your registration to someone else up to three weeks before the conference.
2. Refund: If you can’t find a replacement, you may request a refund up to three weeks before the conference. A $50 administrative fee applies.
3. No Refunds: Cancellations made less than three weeks before the conference are not eligible for a refund.
4. Tickets Under $50: These are non-refundable.

Accommodation Changes—
You may request a change to your accommodation up to three weeks before the conference. After this time, changes may incur an additional fee if approved, and no refund is available.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
