Terms & Conditions of Participation
In confirming your registration in The Onkaparinga Seaside Walk for Mental Health and Wellbeing 2023, you acknowledge that you understand the activities and risks involved in participating in the
activities and to release and indemnify the Rotary Club of Seaford, its members, volunteers and
partners from and against all liabilities, claims, damages and losses of any description whatsoever
arising in any way from your and your group’s (if applicable) participation in the activities of this
event.
First Aid trained volunteers will be present at this event but you need to consider your own health
and wellbeing when deciding to participate.
You confirm that if under eighteen (18) years old you have obtained permission to participate from
your parent/guardian. If registering for a group you confirm this permission has been obtained for all
minors in your group.
To assist in the promotion and celebration of the Seaford Rotary Seaside Walk you also give permission
on behalf of all participants you have registered for, that The Rotary Club of Seaford has free use of
your name, image and voice in any broadcast, or any other account on social media, The Rotary Club
of Seaford’s website and any media of The Seaford Rotary Seaside Walk for Mental Health and Wellbeing 2023.
