The Sports Camp Committee retains the right to cancel Clermont ICPA Sports Camp at the committee’s discretion if unforeseen circumstances arise.

If you are not an ICPA member at the time of registering your child for the Clermont ICPA Sports Camp the registration will be cancelled.

Due to Legislation Change, it is mandatory that ALL VOLUNTEERS attending camp need to have a current Blue Card.

Once children have been accepted to attend camp, payment can only be refunded for exceptional circumstances.

If registrations have to be cancelled, you will be refunded the camp fees less booking fees.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
