Halloween Cabaret – Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Halloween Cabaret (hereafter referred to as “the Event”) at The Drill Hall Theatre, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ticket Purchase and Entry

All tickets must be purchased through official channels. Unauthorized resale or duplication may result in denial of entry.

Entry will only be granted with a valid ticket and matching ID (if requested).

Latecomers may be refused entry or admitted at a suitable break in the performance, at the discretion of theatre staff.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of show cancellation.

In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to exchange for a different date (subject to availability).

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to attend due to personal circumstances.

3. Age Restrictions

This event is recommended for ages 18+ years due to potentially scary themes, loud noises, strobe lighting, and horror imagery.

Children under the specified age will not be admitted, even with an adult.

Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise stated.

4. Costume Policy

Costumes are encouraged but must be non-offensive.

Real weapons, sharp objects, or realistic weapon replicas are strictly prohibited.

Face coverings must be removable for ID checks or security inspection.

5. Health and Safety

This show may include flashing lights, strobe effects, loud sound, fog, and other sensory effects.

Not recommended for individuals with epilepsy, heart conditions, severe anxiety, or sensitivity to these effects.

Please inform staff if you have any accessibility needs prior to the event.

6. Behaviour and Conduct

Aggressive, disruptive, or intoxicated behaviour will not be tolerated. Individuals may be asked to leave without refund.

Respect performers, staff, and other guests at all times.

Mobile phones must be silenced during the performance.

7. Photography and Recording

Unless otherwise stated, photography, filming, or audio recording during the performance is strictly prohibited.

The venue may photograph or record the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your likeness potentially appearing in such materials.

8. Liability

The venue and organizers accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

Attending the show is at your own risk.

9. Venue Rights

Management reserves the right to:

Refuse admission to any person.

Conduct security checks on bags, costumes, or persons.

Modify the show content or schedule without prior notice.

10. Privacy

Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
