Return To Her Pty Ltd operating as Strip Her (“Strip Her”) takes all reasonable care in the conduct of every Strip Her branded event and program (“Event”). By purchasing a ticket to any Event or by otherwise attending any Event, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable. Transfers of bookings across to a different Event or date may be granted at the sole discretion of Strip Her. Please email sydney@stripher.co to make your request.

Liability: Strip Her shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm that may occur during the Event, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, theft, or any other incidents. Participants attend the Event at their own risk.

Care and Responsibility: All attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the Event. Participants must exercise caution and adhere to any safety guidelines or instructions provided by Strip Her and the event team.

Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strip Her and the venue, its owners, organisers, and staff from any claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damage, or any other losses.

Medical Conditions: Participants with any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries are solely responsible for managing their health during the event. It is recommended that individuals with specific medical concerns consult with a healthcare professional before attending the Event.

Personal Belongings: Strip Her shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or valuables brought to the event by participants. It is advised to keep personal belongings secure and under supervision at all times.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations: All participants must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines set by the local authorities and the venue. Any unlawful or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event at the discretion of the organisers.

Photography and Media: On occasion, an Event may have media presence and/or a photographer. Such events will be clearly indicated at the top of the corresponding purchase webpage with a photography disclaimer. By attending such an Event, participants grant permission to Strip Her to use any photographs, videos, or media captured during the Event for promotional purposes without any compensation or further consent.

Changes and Cancellations: Strip Her reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, activities, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice. In case of Event cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Strip Her; Strip Her shall not be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred by participants.

By participating in an Event, all attendees acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, it is advised not to attend the event.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
