Selection of attendees:
As there are likely more than 24 students interested in attending the trip, the staff (along with management staff) will select the traveling party and may use indicators such as year level and/or behaviour records to guide their decision.

PLEASE NOTE: The DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE if you decide at a later date to withdraw from the trip and your place cannot be filled by another student. As numbers will be limited, early payment of deposit is recommended to avoid disappointment.

Students and families will be notified of their position on the trip ASAP. Those that have not been placed on the trip will be provided the option to have their deposit returned ASAP. If a position becomes available, the payments will be required to match the above timeframe (i.e. if a position comes up in december, both the deposit and first payment must be made).

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
