1. Gates Open at 5:30pm Entry from Greens Beach Golf Club car park only. Exit from the event will be through double gates facing Greens Beach Road behind the tennis courts and also through the Golf Club car park.
2. Ticket QR Code required for entry. Children under 3 years free.
3. Licensed event. Cash & Eftpos accepted with operational token bar ticket system.
4. Strictly NO BYO beverages allowed. Free bottled water will be available at the venue. Security bag checks will be operating at entry.
5. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
6. Soft food eskies & picnic hampers are permitted.
7. BYO chair. Seating will be zoned. Zone 1 - picnic blankets & low beach chairs. Zone 2 - high back camp chairs.
8. This is an ALL WEATHER EVENT. Cancellation will only be in serious unforeseen circumstances. Tickets will then be refunded through Trybooking.
9. The following items are prohibited: Alcohol/soft drinks, glass containers, tables, flares/laser pointers, weapons, umbrellas, illegal substances, animals, air horns.
10. Smoking/vaping via designated area only.
11. Toilets and First Aid available at the venue.
12. Lost property during the event will be held at the ticket entry and can also be collected from the Greens Beach Golf Club on 04/01/26 during opening hours.
13. Security teams will be in attendance manning all boundaries & access points around the Greens Beach Golf Club. Event organisers have the right to enforce good behaviour. Disruptive/unruly patrons displaying unsafe or drunken behaviour will be escorted from the Greens Beach Golf Club premises.
No Refunds or credits. Terms and Conditions are legally binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
