Payment & Refunds
A full refund will only be provided if a booking is cancelled prior to the closing date.
No refunds will be given unless a valid doctor’s certificate is provided.
No refunds will be made for missed classes.
The Turning Point School of Dance reserves the right to retain all or part of the course fees in the event of withdrawal.
Special Bonus Offer
The first 8 dancers to secure their place will receive a complimentary private coaching session during the workshop.
This session provides a unique opportunity for one-on-one guidance and encouragement from faculty.
Bonus sessions are strictly limited and allocated in order of confirmed bookings.
Liability
The Turning Point School of Dance will not be held responsible for any damage or injury, however caused, to any person attending the course, nor for any loss or damage of property.
Applicants attending this course with an existing injury do so at their own risk.
All applicants should consider their own insurance in case of withdrawal due to injury during the course.
Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency where the parent/caregiver or next of kin cannot be contacted, the Turning Point School of Dance is authorised to seek medical advice and treatment.
Course Operation
The Turning Point School of Dance reserves the right to cancel all or any scheduled classes if insufficient numbers enrol.
Some physical contact may be necessary by faculty members to demonstrate exercises or techniques, or to administer first aid.
