Terms & Conditions – Melbourne Cup at PBC Sports Club
Ticket Purchase
All tickets must be purchased in advance and presented on entry.
The optional Drinks Package is only available in conjunction with a Melbourne Cup General Entry Ticket.
Drinks Package tickets cannot be purchased separately. Strictly 18+ event. Valid ID must be presented upon entry.
Tickets are valid only for the Melbourne Cup event on Tuesday 4 November 2025 at PBC Sports Club.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your ticket purchase, you must contact the event organiser directly.
Cancellations will be accepted, and refunds processed, up until Saturday 1 November 2025.
No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are available after 1 November 2025 under any circumstances.
Event Changes
PBC Sports Club reserves the right to make changes to the event program, entertainment, or inclusions if required.
In the unlikely event that the function is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be provided.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
PBC Sports Club practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol in accordance with Queensland liquor laws.
Staff reserve the right to refuse service to any guest deemed to be intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
