By purchasing, holding, or using a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase & Validity
Tickets are valid only for the event, date, time, and venue specified.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including in the case of event cancellation, rescheduling, or significant relocation.
Tickets must be purchased through authorised ticketing agents. Tickets purchased via unauthorised sellers or resellers may be refused entry.
2. Entry & Admission
Admission is subject to venue rules and capacity limits.
You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) at entry. The ticket must be scannable and untampered.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:
appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs,
engages in disruptive, unsafe, or offensive behaviour,
carries prohibited items, or
does not comply with instructions from event or venue staff.
Age restrictions apply as advertised. Where permitted, minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times unless otherwise stated.
3. Safety & Security
Bag checks, ID checks, and security screening may be conducted at entry.
Prohibited items include (but are not limited to): alcohol, illegal substances, glass, weapons, fireworks, professional recording equipment, and other items deemed unsafe by organisers or security.
Attendees must follow all safety instructions, emergency procedures, and official announcements.
4. Event Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
The organiser reserves the right to change event details (including lineup, performers, program, and schedule) without prior notice, provided the changes do not amount to a major cancellation.
If the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or relocated, you are entitled to a refund or exchange as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds will be processed through the original point of purchase. Booking and transaction fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Ticket Holder Responsibility
Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets may not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided and at the discretion of the organiser.
Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes (including competitions and giveaways) without prior written consent from the organiser.
You are responsible for checking event details (including start times, venue access, transport, and age restrictions) before attending.
6. Recording & Photography
Professional photography, filming, or recording is not permitted without prior approval.
By attending the event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded for promotional, archival, or broadcast purposes without compensation.
7. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk. You are responsible for your personal belongings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser, venue, and their staff accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from attendance at the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights or remedies you may have under the ACL.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that state or territory.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
