By purchasing a ticket you agree to the following terms and conditions of the Maddie Garrick Coaching x The Bucket Centre School Holiday Clinics.

1. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings must be made in advance and are confirmed once payment is received.
- Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before the clinic: eligible for a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the clinic: 50% refund or credit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the clinic or non-attendance: no refund.

3. Medical & Risk Waiver
- Participation is at the athlete’s own risk.
- Parents/guardians confirm their child is fit to participate and disclose any relevant medical conditions in advance.
- MG Coaching and The Bucket Centre are not liable for injury, accident, or loss, except where required by law.

4. Supervision & Conduct
- Parents/guardians must ensure athletes are dropped off and collected on time.
- MG Coaching and The Bucket Centre reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour risks safety or disrupts the session.

5. Photography & Media
- By attending, you consent to athletes being photographed or filmed for MG Coaching and The Bucket Centre promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing before the session.

6. Liability
- MG Coaching and The Bucket Centre are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- All reasonable care will be taken to provide a safe and professional environment.
