REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Full payment of all applicable fees is due at registration.
Payments are in AUD; foreign exchange costs are the attendee’s responsibility.
If payment is insufficient or declined, entry to the Event may be refused.
TICKETS
Your ticket is proof of purchase and must be presented at the Event.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold or shared.
If you cannot attend, you may request a substitution in writing to info@anatomytrainsaustralia.com at least 14 business days before the Event. Substitutions are subject to approval and may not accommodate dietary requirements.
EVENT CHANGES
Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand may alter the schedule or cancel/postpone the Event.
No compensation will be provided for travel or accommodation costs in these cases; flexible arrangements are strongly recommended.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES
Travel, accommodation, and visas are the participant’s responsibility.
Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand is not obliged to provide visa advice. Registration is recommended only after visas are granted, if required.
Participants attend and participate at their own risk.
DIETARY & MEDICAL INFORMATION
Participants must inform us of any dietary requirements or medical conditions during registration.
Changes must be notified promptly; requests made less than 14 business days before the Event may not be accommodated.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Event content is owned by Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand and/or Wojtek Cackowski.
Content may only be used for personal benefit. Commercial use or distribution is prohibited.
Requests to republish or use content must be emailed to info@anatomytrainsaustralia.com.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
Photography and filming may occur during the Event.
Images and videos may be used for promotional purposes without further approval or payment.
Participants can notify the photographer if they do not wish to be recorded; reasonable efforts will be made to comply.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to
info@anatomytrainsaustralia.com
Cancellations made more than 8 weeks prior to the workshop start date are eligible for a refund minus a $250 non-refundable deposit per workshop (inclusive of GST) and any TryBooking fees.
No refunds are available for cancellations made within 8 weeks of the workshop start date, regardless of the date of registration.
For workshops starting within 8 weeks, all payments are non-refundable.
TryBooking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
