1. Ticket Policy
• All VIP Hospitality tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Tickets must be presented (digital or printed) for entry.
2. Event Changes
• The organisers reserve the right to alter or amend the program, schedule, or facilities without notice if required.
• If the event is postponed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
3. Hospitality Inclusions
• VIP Hospitality includes premium riverside seating, catering, and refreshments as outlined in the event description.
• Alcohol will not be served to minors under 18 years. Proof of age may be required.
4. Conduct & Safety
• Attendees must follow all safety directions from staff and officials at the venue.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person acting in a disorderly or unsafe manner.
5. Liability
• Attendance is at your own risk. The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
6. Photography & Media
• By attending, you consent to photography and video recording which may be used for promotional purposes.
