Age Requirements
- Participants must be aged between 12 and 17 years old at the time of the event.
- Proof of age may be required upon entry.

Parental/Guardian Consent
- By registering, it is assumed that all participants (aged 12–17) have obtained parental or guardian consent to attend the Glow Up Disco.

Registration
- The Glow Up Disco is a free event, but advance registration is required to secure a place.
- Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are limited, and no reservations will be held without registration.
- Registrations are non-transferable.

Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly towards others and event staff.
- Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
- Instructions from event staff must be followed at all times.

Health and Safety
- Any medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs must be advised at the time of registration.
- In the event of an emergency, staff will follow the emergency contact and medical information provided at registration.

Liability
- Event organisers will take all reasonable steps to provide a safe environment. However, they are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by their negligence.
- Participants and their guardians agree to indemnify the organisers against any claims arising from the participant’s actions.

Media Consent
- By attending the Glow Up Disco, participants and their guardians consent to being photographed or filmed. Images and recordings may be used by the organisers for promotional purposes.
- Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should notify event staff on the day. Reasonable efforts will be made to respect these requests.

Event Changes
- Organisers reserve the right to amend the date, location, or program. Registered participants will be notified as soon as possible if changes occur.

Accessibility
- The Glow Up Disco is committed to being inclusive and accessible. Please advise organisers of any accessibility needs at the time of registration.

Privacy
- Personal information provided will be used to process registrations and administer the event.
- Information may be shared with third parties only if required for event delivery.
- All data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Victoria) and Council’s Privacy and Data Protection Policy (Policy 81), available on our website.

Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria.
