Studio to Stage Workshop – Refunds Policy
All workshop bookings are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances and only at the discretion of the Producers.If a refund request is submitted and approved by the Producers, the following deductions will apply:
More than 30 days prior to the event:
A 30% administration fee will be deducted from the total amount paid.
14 days prior to the event:
A 50% fee deduction will apply.
7 days prior to the event: A 70% fee deduction will apply.
Within 7 days of the event:
No refunds will be granted under any circumstancesFor any refund request made under exceptional circumstances, the Producers reserve the right to request supporting evidence to substantiate the claim. Submission of evidence does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
All refund decisions made by the Producers are final.
Tickets to showcase:Ushers will scan tickets at the door for entry.Tickets this year are seat allocated. Tickets are not transferable or refundable once purchased except under extreme personal circumstances. To be considered for a refund we must receive the request no later than 48 hours prior to the event and via email to admin@hamaproductions.com.au

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
