Important Event Information

1. Event Approval & Refunds
***As of 08/01/2026 - This event has full approval by the Alexandrina Council***
This event has been conditionally approved by the Alexandrina council. If the Event Organiser is unable to obtain full approval or must cancel the event for any reason, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed automatically through TryBooking.
Refunds for tickets are not offered if you can no longer attend due to personal errors, such as a change of mind, scheduling conflict, or illness

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
The Event Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as public safety, health orders, or other events beyond their control.
If cancelled before the event date, a full refund will be issued.
If postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will be available upon request within 14 days of the new date being announced.

3. Wet Weather Policy
This is an outdoor event and will generally proceed rain or shine. In the case of severe weather that makes the site unsafe or unsuitable, the event may be cancelled. If the event is cancelled due to wet weather, a full refund will be provided. If there is light rain forecast, please do not bring umbrellas to the event, you may wear ponchos instead.

4. Conditions of Entry
This is a no BYO alcohol event – community groups will operate licensed bars - Bags will be inspected upon entry to the event.
Patrons may bring picnic chairs or rugs, but no tents, pegged structures, or marquees are permitted on the oval.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

5. Children & Safety
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Patrons attend at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

6. Dogs
Pets are not allowed with the exception of trained service animals - documentation must be provided at the gate.

7. Photography & Media
By entering the venue, you consent to being filmed or photographed for promotional use by the Event Organiser.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Event Organiser and venue accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, except where required by law.
