A $100 non refundable deposit is payable upon registering to secure you seat.

If you cancel your reservation after the final payment is due refunds will not be given unless exceptional circumstances. In the event you can not attend you are welcome to find somebody to take your place and I will do my best to advertise availability.

As my retreats have limited space and sell out quickly, at this time I can't accept bookings for reduced days unless there is availability closer to the time. Therefore your seat and table will be waiting from Thursday 10am until Sunday midday.

Final payment for September retreat is due 1 July 2025. You are welcome to organise payment plan to help your budget but please ensure it is paid before the due date.
