By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

Tickets can be cancelled and refunded by contacting the Event Organiser until 4pm 28 November 2025. Any cancellations after this date will be refunded less a $15 cancellation fee to cover costs.

The Event Organiser reserves the right to cancel this event in the case that minimum booking numbers are not received. In this case all purchasers will receive a full refund (excluding any ticket fees charged by Try Booking).

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
