Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions – The Lost Theatre of Yesteryear
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All Sales Final: Tickets are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, inability to attend, or personal circumstances.

Session Changes: Ticket holders may request to change to another performance date, subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original session.

Ticket Transfers: If you cannot attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person. The original purchaser is responsible for passing on all event information.

Event Changes: The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the program, cast, venue, or dates if required due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by the organiser, alternative arrangements or a refund will be offered.

Entry: A valid ticket must be presented (printed or digital). Late entry is at the discretion of staff and may occur at a suitable break in the performance.

Privacy: Personal information collected through TryBooking is used only for event administration and communication. Creative Connections complies with the Australian Privacy Principles and does not share personal details with unauthorised parties.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
